TD The National Reconciliation Committee of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has invited aggrieved members, stakeholders and aspirants to submit complaints arising from the party’s Congresses, Convention and Primaries.
This was announced in a public notice signed by the Committee Secretary, Babatunde F. Alli, on behalf of the Chairman, Prof. Pat Utomi, and Co-Chairman, Engr. Buba Galadima.
The committee was recently constituted and inaugurated by the party’s hierarchy.
It said its mandate includes identifying, considering and reconciling grievances arising from the party’s internal electoral and organisational processes.
The committee urged all aggrieved persons to submit their complaints for consideration.
According to the notice, complaints may be submitted electronically through ndcreconcilliationcom@gmail.com or in hard copy at the party’s National Secretariat.
The deadline for submission is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
The committee stressed that all complaints must be personally signed by the aggrieved member or members and must not be submitted by proxy.
It also stated that legal representation will neither be entertained nor permitted during the reconciliation process.
Members who submit complaints will have the opportunity to present their grievances before the relevant Regional or Zonal Sub-Committees, either physically or virtually.
The committee said the dates and times for the engagements would be announced subsequently.
The reconciliation panel appealed for the patience and understanding of all stakeholders.
It assured members that the process would be conducted in a fair, transparent, impartial and sincere manner.
The committee said the ultimate objective was to resolve outstanding grievances and promote the unity and stability of the party in the overall interest of the NDC.
