TDFormer Kano State Governor and National Democratic Congress (NDC) leader, Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has expressed gratitude after receiving a high-powered solidarity delegation from the Igbo Elders Consultative Forum at his residence in Abuja.
