TDAn Awka-based senior lawyer, Barrister Clems Ezika, SAN, is under formal scrutiny after Inland Medical Company (Nig.) Ltd. filed a petition accusing him of deliberately misquoting or falsifying a Court of Appeal judgment in official correspondence with the Anambra State Ministry of Lands.
