THIS DAWN — The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has arrived at the federal high court in Abuja for judgment in his terrorism case.
The judgement is being aired live on national televisions.
The presiding judge, James Omotosho, is seated and was about to begin reading the judgment today, November 20.
Earlier, Kanu refused to open his defence even after several options were afforded him.
The defendant has insisted that convicting him would be unlawful because there is no charge against him.
The matter of Federal Republic of Nigeria versus Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been convened.
The Judge says that before he delivers the judgment, he would allow Kanu to move the several Motions he had filed since the last hearing date.
Kanu started moving the Motions before things went out of control as Kanu started shouting at the judge.
The judge ordered him taken out and had to reconvene the court anew.
