THIS DAWN — Attached below is the Federal High Court, Abuja, order that confiscated fifty-seven properties allegedly linked to the former Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN.
The court documented also listed all the fifty-seven properties under scrutiny.
In a related development, the Medium Security Correctional Center Facility in Kuje was, yesterday, besieged by operatives of the Department of State Security (DSS) numbering over 50 personnel.
This Dawn was reliably informed that they are securing the premises to ensure that “Malami does not escape the terrorism financing investigation levelled against him”, according to an insider.
