TDBritish Prime Minister Keir Starmer has told the United States President, Mr. Donald Trump, that the United Kingdom will not be dragged into the war with Iran.
Starmer made the remarks after President trump asked its European allies to join the war effort.
Trump also threatened that NATO faces a “very bad future” if allies don’t help US against Iran.
On its part, NATO had deployed US Patriot air defense system in Turkey to defend its territory.
Confirming the effectiveness of the deployment, Turkey said that NATO air defenses shot down an Iranian ballistic missile over the country’s airspace.
In the meantime, France has warned Iran to end the escalation and stop compelling other countries to join the war.
